DBE Certification
Our team is working closely with Metro to ensure that the East San Fernando Valley Transit Corridor Project successfully successfully meets and exceeds its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal by identifying and maximizing opportunities for qualified small, minority and women owned firms on this project. Pre-Qualification with LA
Subcontractors bidding on $100,000 or more must include acknowledgement of pre-qualification from LACTMTA with your bid/quote.
LA Metro Project Labor Agreement & Construction Careers Policy
Metro adopted the CCP in conjunction with the PLA to encourage construction employment and training opportunities to those who reside in economically disadvantaged areas on Metro construction projects. The agreement applies to certain local (non-federally) funded and federally funded construction projects with a construction value greater than $2.5 million.
Metro Contractor Development and Bonding Program (CDBP)
Contractor Development and Bonding Program eligibility is available to all small local contractors planning to bid on metro contracts and subcontracts.
