San Fernando Transit Constructors (SFTC) requests in good faith sub-bid quotes from all interested firms as well as Small Business Enterprise (SBE) companies for work on the East San Fernando Valley LRT Project. The SFTC SBE goal for this project is: 15% overall, with LACMTA SBE goal of 11% and other SBEs 4%.
